The Clean Theory Soap Co. began during one of the hardest chapters of my life - Chemotherapy.

During recovery, I found myself doing what so many of us do: watching YouTube. I fell  asleep watching Bondi Rescue, and woke up to a soap maker in the United States crafting the most intricate, beautiful rainbow soap I'd ever seen. I was hooked.

Inspired, I decided to try it myself (not the rainbow soap). Naively thinking all handmade soaps are made equal, I bought a soap made from an already pre-made base — but it caused me real discomfort. My skin, already sensitive from treatment, couldn't tolerate it. So I went back to basics and tried a simple cold pressed soap recipe instead.

And as they say — the rest is history.

What started as something to do during recovery became a passion, then a craft, now a business. Every product I make is still rooted in that same principle: clean, simple, natural ingredients that are kind to even the most sensitive skin. Handcrafted in small batches, proudly cruelty-free, and made with genuine care.
